President
Travis Dommert serves as President of HealthIT Project Managers, a division of Jackson Healthcare.
Prior to joining Jackson Healthcare, Travis led both IT and healthcare staffing organizations. As the president of IRUNURUN, a performance and accountability software platform, Dommert has worked with leaders and organizations to elevate the performance of their people by embracing lessons learned from the study of elite soldiers and athletes.
As president and chief operating officer of two staffing companies and as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies, he led the development of talent selection and service delivery standards based on methods adopted from The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
Dommert has degrees in engineering and business administration from Northwestern University and Emory University, respectively, and says he is a lifelong student of great leadership and great organizations.
Outside work, Dommert is a husband, father to five young kids, and active member in his church. He loves the outdoors and considers endurance sports and college football among his favorite past times.
Vice President, Sales
Tracy Phelps joined HealthIT Project Managers in November 2011 and serves as the company's Vice President of Sales. She manages all facets of business development for the company, including leading the sales staff and overseeing strategic relationships with health systems of all sizes. She also directs the company's strategic relationship with the Texas Hospital Association (THA).
In her career, she has served in leadership roles with 3 past startup ventures, including as Chief Marketing Officer with Jetsonify and as an investment/business development consultant with Future Fridays, a small VC fund. Prior to that, she served for 12 years in an executive role as the VP of Sales with Atlanta-based ComputerJobs.com, including directing the national sales force for 1 year following the company's sales to JobServe in 2008.
Tracy is a graduate of Hope College, where she played collegiate soccer, and she is an avid triathlete. She completed the Ironman 140.6 Vineman Triathlon in July 2014.
